Friday, June 13, 2025 - Due to unexpected city maintenance issue, our staff will be seeing patients for their regularly scheduled appointments at Legacy Community Health - Montrose Clinic at 1415 California St., Houston, TX 77006 from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.

The Wellness Bar by Legacy expects to reopen at 1:00 pm to see patients.
